Vacant Property Inspector

Job Purpose 

The purpose is to carry out a vacant property inspection to ensure building is secure and no damage has occurred

Job Overview 

As a Vacant Property Inspector, you will be working with the client to ensure that premises are secure and safe.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Fortnightly Vacant Property Inspection patrols to check building is secure/no damage or intrusion and record meter readings

Requirements 

• A valid SIA licence - Frontline Door Supervisor Licence 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to interpret and explain bylaws, policies, and regulations 
• Good level of physical fitness to remain active 
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment
• Be able to Drive and have own car
